The FUFA Disciplinary Panel has fined SC Villa UGX 1,000,000 following acts of hooliganism by their supporters during the Uganda Premier League match against Vipers SC played on April 15, 2026.
In a sitting held at FUFA House in Mengo on April 22, 2026, the panel found that the actions of SC Villa fans violated Rule 48(9) of the FUFA Competitions Rules and Article 14(11) of the FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Code.
Under Article 14(8), clubs are held responsible for the conduct of their supporters. SC Villa have been ordered to pay the fine within 14 days and warned that any repeat offense will attract more severe sporting sanctions.
In other decisions, Goldstar H/S Ladies FC were sanctioned after failing to honor their FUFA Women Elite League fixture against Lira City Queens FC on April 4, 2026.
The panel found the club in breach of Rule 23(4) and (5) of the FUFA Competitions Rules and Article 16(3) of the FUFA Disciplinary Code.
As a result, Goldstar H/S Ladies FC forfeited the match and were handed an immediate deduction of six points and six goals.

Similarly, Mbale Heroes FC were punished for failing to honor their FUFA Big League fixture against Kigezi Homeboyz FC on April 19, 2026.
The reasons provided by the club were deemed unsubstantiated. The panel ruled that Mbale Heroes FC were in breach of Rule 23(4) and (5) of the FUFA Competitions Rules and Article 16(3) of the FUFA Disciplinary Code.
Consequently, they forfeited the match and were sanctioned with an immediate deduction of three points and three goals.
