REVEALED: How Much Sumaya Komuntale Earned in Yanga Princess Move
Crested Cranes left-back Sumaya Komuntale was unveiled by Tanzanian side Yanga Princess this week after completing a move from She Corporate on a two-year contract.
Sports Light Uganda understands that Komuntale secured a lucrative deal with the Tanzanian side.
Having spent only the second round of the 2025/26 FUFA Women Super League season at She Corporate, the defender has reportedly signed a deal worth $11,000.
That translates to approximately UGX 38.5 million, while Yanga Princess are understood to have paid She Corporate an undisclosed transfer fee.

The former Kampala Queens left-back becomes the third Ugandan player to join Yanga Princess during the ongoing transfer window.
Resty Kobusobozi and Joan Nabirye are the other two Crested Cranes players who have completed moves to the Tanzanian side.
Yanga Princess are clearly assembling a squad capable of challenging for and potentially winning the 2026/27 Tanzanian league title.
