Ugandan players abroad were in action across various leagues over the weekend, delivering notable performances for their respective clubs.
In Tanzania, Allan Okello scored and provided an assist as Young Africans defeated Prisons 3-0 in a league match. He was also named Player of the Match.
In Rwanda, Hakim Kiwanuka started and scored the decisive goal as APR secured a 1-0 victory over Muhanga. Ronald Ssekiganda also featured in the starting lineup, while Denis Omedi began the match on the bench.
In the Czech Republic, Aziz Kayondo played the full match as Slovan Liberec earned a 2-1 win over Slovácko at the U Nisy Stadium in Liberec.
In Kenya, left-back Mustafa Kizza came off the bench in the 86th minute and scored a stunning long-range goal from his own half seven minutes later, helping Nairobi United to a 3-0 victory over Shabana.

Edward Masembe was named Player of the Match as APS Bomet edged Ulinzi Stars 1-0.
Goalkeeper James Setuba saved a penalty and kept a clean sheet as AFC Leopards defeated Murang’a 2-0. In the same match, striker Samuel Ssenyonjo played 83 minutes for Leopards.
Uganda Cranes captain Khalid Aucho played the full match as Singida Black Stars fell 2-0 to TRA United. After the loss, head coach Othmen Najjar and his entire technical team were sacked.
Divine Mukasa, who has Ugandan roots, played 89 minutes for Leicester City in their 2-2 draw against Preston.
Ryan Kavuma, also of Ugandan descent, made his senior debut for Chelsea, coming off the bench to play 13 minutes as they thrashed Port Vale 7-0 to reach the FA Cup semifinals.

In Mexico, Sandra Nabweteme scored a fine goal as her side Santos Laguna shared spoils with Nalukenge’s Atlas in a 1-1 draw.
In Kenya, Crested Cranes captain Zainah Namuleme was named Player of the Match as Kenya Police Bullets defeated Kibera 2-0 to remain top of the table. Fellow Ugandan Margaret Kunihira played the full match and contributed to one of the goals.
In Scotland, defender Jordan Obita played the entire match as Hibernian beat Kilmarnock 3-0 in a league fixture. Meanwhile, Rogers Mato was an unused substitute as Hearts drew 2-2 with Livingston.
Former Kampala Queens captain Shamirah Nalugya made her debut for Dinamo Brest as they defeated Zorka 1-0 in a Belarusian league match.
Fauzia Najjemba came off the bench to play the final 19 minutes as her side, Boston Legacy, lost to San Diego in the United States.
Former KCCA FC defender Timothy Awanyi played 84 minutes, but his side suffered a 3-2 defeat to Netanya in Israel.
