FUFA Women Super League side She Maroons will host Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC on Matchday 20, but not at their usual home ground in Luzira.
As earlier confirmed by this website, the fixture will be played at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
The club’s CEO, Rodrick Muhumuza, explained the reason for the venue change.
“The pitch hosted a pass-out ceremony for recruit warders and wardresses (intake 2025/26), and it is currently not in a condition suitable for matches. Therefore, we had to look for an alternative venue,” he told this website.
“We are only using Wankulukuku for this matchday, but we will host our next games in Luzira. The pitch will be in good condition and ready for use,” he added.

She Maroons will therefore play at an alternative home venue against a Uganda Martyrs side that defeated them 1-0 in the first-round meeting, courtesy of a second-half goal from Brenda Munyana.
Historically, the two teams have met seven times in the league, with Uganda Martyrs winning five matches, while She Maroons have won twice.
However, the last time She Maroons hosted Uganda Martyrs, the hosts secured a 2-0 victory thanks to goals from Norah Alupo and Recheal Nassimbwa.
Uganda Martyrs come into this fixture on the back of a 3-0 win over Asubo Ladies in their most recent league match.
She Maroons, on the other hand, last featured on Matchday 18, where they defeated Olila 2-0 in Luzira.
A win for Uganda Martyrs would take them to 31 points and maintain their third-place position.
Meanwhile, She Maroons could move up to sixth place with victory, depending on Amus FC’s result against Olila.
