The Federation of Uganda Football Associations Disciplinary Panel has released a series of rulings addressing hooliganism, violence, and administrative breaches arising from recent domestic competitions.
In one of the major decisions dated April 1, 2026, Kiyinda Boys FC was heavily sanctioned following acts of hooliganism and physical violence reported during their FUFA Big League clash against Kigezi Homeboyz FC on March 25 at Betharm City Recreation Centre in Kiwenda.
The panel handed the club an immediate deduction of two points and two goals, along with a fine of UGX 1,000,000 to be paid within 14 days. Additionally, a suspended deduction of two points and two goals was imposed for 15 days.
The club has been instructed to identify and provide full details of the perpetrators within that period or risk enforcement of the suspended punishment. A warning over future conduct was also issued.
In another ruling, Amus College WFC faced sanctions following hooliganism during their Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League fixture against Kawempe Muslim LFC on March 21.
The club received an immediate deduction of two points and two goals, as well as a fine of UGX 500,000 payable within 14 days. Similar to the Kiyinda Boys case, a suspended deduction of two points and two goals for 15 days was issued.
The club must also identify the individual who assaulted the referee within the same timeframe or face further sanctions. The panel warned the club regarding its future conduct.

Meanwhile, Olila High School WFC was punished for failing to honour their fixture against St. Noa Girls Zana FC on March 22. The panel ruled that the match be forfeited, awarding the result to St. Noa Girls.
Olila HS WFC was also docked three points and three goals and warned that any future failure to honour fixtures could lead to expulsion from the league and additional penalties.
In a separate case, a petition filed by Tooro Province against Buganda Province over alleged use of ineligible players in a FUFA Drum match played at Lugazi Stadium was dismissed.
The panel confirmed, following verification from the FUFA Competitions Department, that all Buganda Province players were duly licensed and eligible to participate.
The rulings highlight FUFA’s firm stance on discipline, safety, and compliance across Ugandan football competitions.

Atleast! The above decisions are fair. Thanks FUFA, otherwise referees are in danger. Gates should always be restricted from nonplayers except ball bays, and media personels
