Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League side Olila High School WFC has been relegated from the top tier to the second division following a points deduction by the FUFA Disciplinary Panel.
On April 1, 2026, the panel delivered its ruling, sanctioning Olila for failing to honour their fixture against St. Noa Girls Zana FC on March 22. The match was forfeited, with the result awarded to St. Noa Girls.
In addition, Olila was docked three points and three goals. The club was also warned that any further failure to fulfil fixtures could result in expulsion from the league and additional penalties.
Following the ruling, Olila’s points tally dropped from four to one after matchday 17, leaving them 16 points adrift of safety.
With only five matches remaining, offering a maximum of 15 points, the Soroti-based side can no longer mathematically avoid relegation.
Olila thus becomes the first team to be relegated from the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League this season.
This marks the second time Olila has failed to honour a league fixture this campaign. Earlier in the season, they missed their first-leg encounter against Uganda Martyrs, which was also forfeited.

Meanwhile, Asubo Ladies could join Olila in relegation if they lose their upcoming fixture against Kawempe Muslim this weekend.
With five matches still to be played, Olila becomes the first club to be relegated with that many games remaining. Should Asubo Ladies also go down, it would mark the earliest confirmation of two relegated teams in the league’s history.
In their remaining fixtures, Olila is scheduled to play three away matches, including trips to She Maroons this Saturday in Luzira, Amus on April 26, and Kawempe Muslim on May 17.
However, it remains uncertain whether the team will honour these away fixtures following their confirmed relegation.
